Verse Dev Fund highlights for March & April 2023

The past couple of months have been very busy for us and we’re excited to bring you the latest updates from the Verse Development Fund.

First round of grants has been awarded!

The Verse Development Fund team has successfully approved up to $1000 worth in grants for our first set of recipients under our Verse Fast Track program. March’s grant funding went towards applications that promoted Marketing activities for the Verse community.

We are excited to work with these projects and look forward to featuring some of our recipients over the coming months. Stay tuned to this space.

Hackathon Sponsorships

ETHGlobal Tokyo #pragma

The Verse Development Fund team is excited to announce that Bitcoin.com Verse will be sponsoring ETHTokyo’s Pragma event.

#pragma is a one-day, single-track summit with intimate, high-quality talks by industry leaders for a global audience. It builds off of the success and excitement around talks the ETHGlobal team has hosted #pragma with friends such as Vitalik Buterin, Juan Benet and Balaji Srinivasan.

Our talented team of engineers will also be representing us at the main ETHGlobal Tokyo hackathon from Apr 14–16. We look forward to meeting everyone there!

Partnership with Layer 3

Verse Development Fund team is excited to announce our partnership with Layer 3, where people get to learn and earn Verse rewards through a series of activities. Those who engage in a set of quests, each of which is comprised of a sequence of tasks, will learn about DeFi and Verse and earn Verse over the next two months.
