The Chainlink Spring ’23 Hackathon is a 6-week online hackathon where you can win from a $450K prize pool. By entering, you’ll get access to formal educational resources and world-class workshops hosted by experienced developers in the Web3 space. This is a great opportunity for beginners to meet like-minded developers, deploy their first blockchain application, and grow as newcomers in the space.
Prizes will be awarded in VERSE to the top creative projects that utilize Verse token and/or Verse Dex (third party enhancements) in conjunction with Chainlink APIs:
Projects can include, but are not limited to the following ideas:
- Developer Tooling: Build an open source developer toolkit / SDK.
- dApps/integration: blockchain APIs for Verse DEX (across multiple LPs, aggregators, trading volumes etc), multi-chain swaps (utilizing Verse Pools), yield strategies across digital and RWA (real world assets).
- Usability and Community: TG/Twitter/Discord tipping bots, raffle/mystery box implementations, GameFi projects.

Featured Project: Dune Analytics
We’re thrilled to announce Dune Analytics as our first featured project from Verse Community Grants Sponsorships.
Verse has been collaborating with Dune to create publicly accessible dashboards to query Verse on-chain data.

Quest 2 is live: Earn $10 for staking VERSE via Layer3
Last month we announced that Bitcoin.com and Layer3, a web3 education and exploration platform, had joined forces to provide Verse-focused learning and resources. More than 1750 people participated in the first quest — and earned $10 cash back in Bitcoin.com’s ecosystem token VERSE for completing it.
The second Verse quest is now live here. Anyone who completes the quest, which involves staking VERSE, will earn $10 in VERSE!
ETHGlobal: It’s a wrap!
The Bitcoin.com Verse team had a blast at ETHGlobal Tokyo and their first ever #pragma event, with featured speakers including Balaji Srinivasan.
Our engineers also represented us across three teams at Bitcoin.com, snatching an implementation prize from Scroll.
